Yes, I will be coaching you throughout the entire 30-day program, along with a team of dedicated ladies. We’ll have  group coaching calls via Zoom where you can ask questions and get receive support. Additionally, you’ll receive daily coaching through the Pretty Pumped Fitness App. This program is designed to keep you on track with your plant-based journey, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. 

All workouts are designed to be home-based, so you can take them to the gym if you like, but no machines are required. You might see some exercises with resistance bands or jump ropes, but they’re totally optional.

No, it’s not required. However, we do recommend purchasing the herbal detox kit to enhance your results and support your journey, but it’s completely optional.

Yes, absolutely. You will need to find your local health food store for some ingredients.
