We are thrilled to introduce our exclusive small group coaching initiative, titled “Healthy Fit Vegan,” led by Rasheeta Joy. This program aims to guide women through a transformative journey, focusing on holistic wellness from within.

This program falls under Pretty Pumped Fitness, a Whole Food Plant Fitness Journey for Vegan Women. Over the last 7 years we have helped hundreds of women transition and thrive on a Plant Based Diet.

 

This program caters to individuals who:

  • If you’re prepared for a fresh, holistic method to your weight loss journey, utilizing the vegan diet, particularly if you have a significant amount of body fat to shed (30%).
  • If you lead a vegan lifestyle and aim to prioritize your health
  • You’re prepared to address and overcome the limiting beliefs, fears, and mental obstacles that have impeded your progress on to becoming the woman you desire to be.

What can you expect as results?

On average, most of our clients see 20- 30lbs of weight loss in just 12 weeks.

Most Women have shorter, lighter menstrual cycles, hormones start to balance and an over sense of well being

The Steps we’ll take together to make it happen

We focus on cleansing the body and hydrating the entire body. You may be provided herbs by Verdure Herbs to assist with detoxing. 

We focus on the primary factor in weight loss: sugar. Our goal is to evaluate your current sugar consumption and decrease it to a moderate level. We learn how to incorporate Whole Foods vs Ultra Processed Foods.

Addressing any psychological barriers, such as emotional eating, body image issues, and food addiction, is a key aspect of our Holistic approach.

Learn how to batch cook, meal prep, and how to order in restaurants the healthy way. Counting Macronutrients to build the physique to desire using the Whole Food Plant Based Diet.

Strength training starts after detoxing and cleansing on a progressive scale. Using your home gym workouts or Local gym to drastically increase your strength, tone your body, and understand the fundamentals of strength training.

In this step you have the option of staying in the program to have fitness coaching to keep you on track.

A little about Rasheeta Joy:

Story...

Following the September 9, 2011 terrorist attacks, she felt a strong sense of duty to serve her country and joined the US NAVY. With a background in sports during high school, she understood the value of discipline. However, the high cost of college led her to pursue military service, where she learned important lessons in discipline and leadership.

Two years into her service, her world was turned upside down when her mother was diagnosed with colon cancer. Despite believing they maintained a healthy lifestyle, the diagnosis was a shock. Attending her mother’s chemotherapy and doctor appointments was heart-wrenching, especially when one doctor provided a list of foods linked to cancer, many of which were staples in their daily diet. As a family, they decided to make dietary changes, opting for more whole foods, reducing processed foods, and eliminating red meat. This shift, influenced by Dr. Sebi and holistic medicine, extended her mother’s life by another 10 years.

During college, she learned from a nutrition class that engaging in 75 minutes of intensive physical activity reduces the risk of cancer by 50%. With her family history of cancer, this information motivated her to break the cycle of illness.

After her mother’s passing, she felt compelled to take responsibility for her own health and fitness. Within a year, she became a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist. As she dedicated herself to the gym, she noticed transformations in her body, feeling stronger and more confident. During this journey of self-discovery and self-love, women began seeking her help. This led to the creation of Pretty Pumped Fitness, where her mission is to empower women to lead longer, healthier lives.
